Monthly Roundup: TV Shows February 2019

Hey all!  As another month draws to a close (and another month where I’ve greatly procrastinated posting stuff…), I figured this would be a great opportunity to share with you what I’ve been up to.  Weirdly enough, I’ve been staying very up to date with TV which is not something I can usually say.  However, there’s been 3 shows in particular that I’ve watched week to week and have really been enjoying.  Here they are (save all pointed remarks for the end please!) and let me know what you’ve been watching in the comments section down below!

The Bachelor

Yup.  My friends got me into it and it’s been SUPER dramatic.  Very entertaining, not nearly as trashy or dumb as I expected, and honestly (although it is two hours every week including commercials) it’s worth the commitment.

Riverdale

Admittedly I am behind on this one, so no spoilers!  What a weird show…  I honestly love mysteries and think season 1 of this series is so perfect.  Season 2 hit a bit of a slow rough patch, but Season 3 has steered so far into weird that I’ve completely embraced it and am ready for just about anything.  No magic though.  No magic and no superpowers.  Besides those, I’m all in for this insanity.

Crashing

I’m a big comedy fan, I won’t lie.  And Pete Holmes, good Massachusetts guy, is hilarious.  Judd Apatow is also one of the best directors working today.  All of those three together are a winning combination friends.  I tried to get into Crashing last summer but didn’t totally vibe with the first episode.  The trailer to this season felt so uplifting though that I gave it another shot and, although Season 1 is quite depressing, it’s GREAT.  Season 2 was awesome and Season 3 may be its best so far.

Alright guys, that’s what I’ve been watching the past few weeks/month, let me know what you’ve been watching in the comments section down below!  I look forward to hearing all of your responses and, until next time, thank you all so much for reading 🙂
