though not a movie or TV show, here are my VERY quick thoughts on the latest installment in a pop culture phenomenon! (And I’ve been extremely busy lately, but I’ll return to doing at least 1 or 2 posts, especially new Reviews, this coming week. Promise!)

On July 30th, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child premiered on London’s West End, releasing its rehearsal script in bookstores everywhere on the same day. The Two Part, Four Act play (which runs roughly five hours on stage) follows Harry’s son, Albus Severus Potter, in his first few years at Hogwarts. I won’t spoil any plot details for readers, but it does have a very interesting and different story than any of the other Harry Potter novels.

The Blair Witch Project Review

  • Found footage wasn’t always the gimmick that it is today!
  • The Blair Witch Project is a movie that I didn’t see in theaters (because I was 1 when it came out) but I love hearing the hype around.
  • This movie played at festivals, and everyone thought it was real.
  • Like, actual footage found in the woods of three kids killed by a witch.
  • But then years later, it’s revealed that OF COURSE it was fake.
  • So now, in preparation for the direct sequel Blair Witch, I’ll answer the obvious question: does it hold up?
