  1. Hey there! Good video review of the movie. I liked the movie, but (to me) it wasn’t perfect. I just finished reading the book several days before seeing the film, so the story was fresh in my mind. The problem was that there was too much content to follow-up, which is a standard problem with “page to screen” movies. Plus, the ending battle seemed out of place with the rest of the film. However, most of the cast was great. Eva Green was excellent as Miss Peregrine and (like I said in my review) the story was almost tailored made for Burton make into a movie.
