A Fourth of July Update

Today I was going to watch (for the first time) and review Independence Day, but I had some stuff going on so maybe next year!

But in the past couple of days I’ve been getting a higher amount of views on the site, and though I’d just explain my four-day absence. For the future, it isn’t unusual for me to just go off the grid for a couple days, I haven’t been kidnapped, I just have things to do!

When I first started the website up, I already had about five or six articles written and ready to publish to actually get it going, but getting out an article a day is just not doable for the future, especially when I start school again. I will try to post one or two articles every week though. As for now, you can expect many more posts in the coming weeks, which I’ll get to, but first a brief message about my writing style.

Community Officially Resurrected by Yahoo!

Thank God.  If you guys don’t know my thoughts on NBC’s (or now Yahoo’s…) Community, then click here and check out my review.  But if I were to summarize it: it’s the best show ever.

And the main reason why I said it was the best show ever was that it involved the fans more than any other show.  And it was creative and spontaneous and meta and completely unique in every way.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes Review

With Dawn of the Planet of the Apes coming out in a couple weeks, I thought it was time I finally saw Rise of the Planet of the Apes. The trailers to Dawn of the Planet of the Apes make it look really cool, and I was already excited for it, but now, having seen Rise of the Planet of the Apes, excited does not even begin to describe my anticipation.

Transformers: Age of Extinction Review

Jeez, I don’t even know where to start with this eyesore. How about here: I’m sorry. I’m sorry that I spent money to go see this movie, and probably just helped make a Transformers 5.

Well, I better get into the “review” cuz that’s why I’m here…

I had seen the first Transformers, and then I caught an hour of Dark of the Moon on TNT last night. I had also seen reviews and all of the Internet videos, so I knew going in that this movie wouldn’t be good. I was just hoping I wouldn’t hate it. Mission Not-Accomplished! Guys, I honestly don’t even know where to start, so this review might seem a bit jumbled.
